What can I order right now?
We're starting small with five phone add-ons:

When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive in about 2–2.5 weeks (8–18 days). Our items ship from overseas suppliers, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We don't promise delivery by a specific date, including holidays, so if it's a gift, order early.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $20.00 or more. Orders under that pay a flat $8.00. Express shipping isn't offered.
Where do you ship?
United States only.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Not always. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages, on different days.
What if something's wrong with my order?
If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a refund or a free replacement. No need to send anything back, just keep the item.
- Damaged or wrong items: email us your order number and a photo of the item.
- Lost parcels: if your order never arrives, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date shown in your shipping confirmation.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please don't mail items back to us. Returns sent without contacting us can't be processed. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.
Which earbud case should I pick?
The Bakery Earbud Case comes in versions for AirPods 1/2 and AirPods Pro. Pick your model (and your design, Chocolate Cookie or Toast) from the menus on the product page.
Who are your products for?
Our add-ons are made for teens and adults. They contain small parts and aren't for young children.
