Terms of Service

1. Who we are
This online store is operated by Lowkey Squishy ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

2. Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. Prices, products and availability can change at any time without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

3. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. You confirm that you're allowed to use the payment method you provide and that your billing and shipping details are accurate.

4. Shipping and refunds
We ship to the United States only. Shipping times, costs and tracking are described in our Shipping policy. Problems with an order (damaged, defective, wrong or missing items) are handled under our Refund policy. Both policies are part of these Terms.

5. Product information and images
We try to describe and show our products accurately, but colors, sizes and details can vary slightly from the photos and from screen to screen, and product photos may be supplier images. Small variations aren't defects. If something arrives clearly different from its description, our Refund policy applies.

6. Intended use and safety
Our squishies, charms and accessories may contain small parts. They are not for children under 3. Supervise younger children, keep products away from pets, and don't put them in your mouth. Use phone and earbud accessories as described; we aren't responsible for damage to devices from misuse. Product names that mention other brands (for example "fits AirPods") describe compatibility only; we aren't affiliated with those brands.

7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the store and products are provided "as is", and we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the store or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the store when you place an order applies to that order.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
