Where we ship: United States only.

Shipping cost: free on orders of $20.00 or more. Orders under that pay a flat $8.00. Express shipping isn't offered.

- Where it ships from: our items ship from overseas suppliers.
- - Delivery time: delivery usually takes about 2 weeks (8–16 days), with tracking.
- Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- Multiple items: orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages, on different days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We don't promise delivery by a specific date, including holidays, so if it's a gift, order early.

If your order hasn't arrived by the expected delivery date, or tracking stops updating, contact us and we'll help. Lost parcels are covered by our Refund policy.
