Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every squish. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a refund or a free replacement. No need to send anything back, just keep the item.

- Always covered: items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong, and orders that never arrive.
- Damaged or wrong items: email us your order number and a photo of the item.
- Lost parcels: if your order never arrives, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date shown in your shipping confirmation.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please don't mail items back to us. No return shipping is needed, and returns sent without contacting us can't be processed.
